Heather Holmes is a neurosparkly indie writer from Charleston, SC. She self-publishes her own books via her own imprint, Cross the Teas and Dot the Eyes. She'd love if you would follow her on Facebook or read her blog. PLEASE give her books five stars on Goodreads. :)
She lives with her two teenaged sons, three cats, a three-legged great dane, a ferret, a tarantula, two axolotls, a rabbit, and eight fish tanks. When she isn't arguing with book formatting software or sloppily coded HTML, she enjoys playing Fortnite and Fae Farm, tending flowers in her little garden, and designing whimsical, cottage-core clothing and accessories for her fairy fashion boutique, The Cracked Teacup.
Ms. Holmes has an English degree from the oldest university in the south. She writes books for children as well as business nonfiction, memoir, and poetry for adults. Her mission as an author is to spread awareness about and provide support for neurodivergence in its many forms, trauma recovery and healing, single motherhood, poverty, and other social welfare issues.
Her latest release is a juvenile nonfiction picture book, Wings for Your Heart, a self-help book of healing affirmations for kids and inner children who are recovering from abuse, trauma, or loss.
